I've found another excellent resources page for sign language interpreters. This one is by Damon Timm, an ASL interpreter who has many articles and links on his page. There's a good emphasis on Ethics on the pieces up there. Check it out.
And while I'm at it let me recommend The Interpreter's Friend, another excellent resources site by David Bar-Tzur.
