On Speaking Terms: HSE guide to use of interpreters



Hi all

Came across this document online:

On Speaking Terms - A user manual containing guidelines for staff on accessing and using interpreters




It's actually pretty good, and an effective way to ensure Deaf citizens get access to interpretation services in public hospitals. It forms part of the HSE's Emergency Multilingual Aid.
